A stock photograph is an existing photograph that is available in a photographer's file or photo agency to be loaned (licensed) for reproduction use to a wide variety of clients with the rate of pay depending on the clients usage. I currently am marketing my stock photographs through Istock.com and my first image was accepted in March 2007 I have also created several lightboxes (a lightbox contains imges from a selection of photographers pertaining to a certain subject matter which makes it easier for a potential client to find the exact image that he is looking for. Also having your image in a lightbox increases the exposure that the image receives. The subject matter that I am currently interested can be found in the following lightboxes.
